Web1 Answer Sorted by: 0 Problem solved. Be careful to see the Java version used before creating a JHipster project. The reason why I got this error message is that the Java version is Java 1.8 which is apparently will cause errors. Validate that the desired Lombok dependency appears in your local .m2. Re-index your Maven project; make sure auto import is turned on. Check External Libraries in the left Project tab to make sure that Lombok appears.
