I was convinced this issue was removed with the Sunset Harbor patch, but it was only flattened by some degree, not fully negated. WebJul 12, 2024 · Point is, the city wide death waves are not just one factor. It isn't the rate of zoning and doing it in large chunks because the people still come in over time. It is entirely when your hearses start crossing the city for whatever reason, because they will just stop covering their own area.

Hit the info icon left of centre on the main hotbar bottom of screen. It's possible your first settlers got old and are dying off. The newly zoned area ages at the same time then dies together causing the wave.
