Weblooking at the math, the lightning infusion at 20 dex and 60 faith does around 130 less damage than 40/40 dex/faith and buffing the washing pole with Lightning Blade cast from a Priest's Chime, however the lightning infusion version does 447 vs 577 which isn't awful if you're dead set on it. WebThe only way to boost it's damage is with refinement. Chaos does, which is also Fire damage, but you need both Int and Fth for the weapon to scale well. The Washing Pole leaves much to be desired (C/C at +10) as Chaos, but the Estoc (+10) gets B/B, so it's not terrible. Lightning scales off Fth, and both weapons gain A (at +10) scaling.
