This means you cannot play the game in any capacity on Steam any more. WebJan 12, 2024 · MapleStory 2 was released in October 2024 with much anticipation, but unfortunately the game did not live up to expectations. The game had a lackluster launch and an overall lack of content. The game’s sparse content, lack of a proper tutorial system, and poor balancing were huge detriments to its health.
