WebI used to get that when my system could not keep up with the data coming from the webcam and the screen recording. Slowly, it was de-synching and by the time I got to the end, I was like 3 seconds off between the audio and my webcam picture. You can try changing the webcam resolution, perhaps, see if that improves things.
